steve and margie

Before I chat about Steve and Margie’s engagement session {which was awesome}, I need to give a shout out to my Studio Manager, Emily, for if she were not on here doing some blogging… there would be tumbleweeds that have been blowing across your screen for quite some time!  I am having a total case of Not-Enough-Hours-In-A-Day Syndrome happening right now.  Full on diagnosis from a licensed professional, even :).  But enough about me, let’s chat about Steve and Margie.

I don’t think  I have ever laughed so much at a session.  Even though it was oppressively hot, we still had a great time!  We met up at Enger Park, since there are so many different fun areas within the park to take advantage of.  All three of us walked around and did some exploring of all of the different little side trails and paths throughout the  park.  The lighting was even right to capture an image of the two of them with downtown Duluth and Canal Park below them!

I absolutely love how these two can make each other laugh.  We got some really great laughing images that were super cute {pronounced cue-it}, all while brushing up on our valley girl vocab… we should be total pros by the time the wedding day arrives ;).  The light was totes on fleek {modern valley girl speak for all of you non speakers} during their session, and I was having some fun playing with the light a little.  My clients know first hand, just how creepy I can look while doing this.  Sometimes I like to inject a little humor when I come across a bug… it’s pure gold.  Thankfully, I don’t think I scared them off :).

Without further ado, I will leave you with Steve and Margie’s session.  They have some really amazing things planned for their wedding… so this is nothing compared to what will happen in October!
